Rohingya Refugees Engage with International Accountability Mechanisms

(COX’S BAZAR, July 14, 2021)—Seven members of the Rohingya Women’s Network exchanged updates and information with representatives involved in advancing international accountability mechanisms during a virtual meeting on July 14. The meeting provided an opportunity for the women to share information and learn about efforts to preserve evidence of atrocities, including acts of sexual and gender-based violence, committed by the Myanmar military, in order to advance future prosecutions.
