(BANGKOK, July 18, 2025)—Between May 26 and July 18, 2025, Fortify Rights conducted a three-part training series on strategic advocacy skills for the Refugee-Led Network (RLN), a community-based collective of refugees working to improve the rights of refugees in Thailand.
Approximately 10 refugee leaders attended the training sessions, which focused on key aspects of human rights advocacy. including stakeholder mapping, message development and delivery, advocacy tactics, and knowledge of international refugee law. During the final session, on July 18, 2025, RLN members drafted a formal advocacy strategy plan, including a mission and vision statement designed to advance refugee-led solutions.
