On February 21, 2025, Fortify Rights conducted a workshop with the Refugee-Led Network (RLN), a community-based network of refugees living in Thailand. The workshop provided an opportunity for participants to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats against the network, providing insights on how they can work more effectively. This workshop is expected to be the first of a series of workshops aimed to support advocacy initiatives identified by the network.

RLN is an initiative that empowers refugees in shaping solutions to the challenges they face. Inspired by the Global Refugee Forum, the network pursues the legitimate claim for refugee leadership and representation. Contributing their skills and first-hand experiences, refugees in the network are able to bring solutions that are based on the genuine interests of their communities.
