Following the new joint report, “I Was Tricked into the War,” Fortify Rights and Truth Hounds brought together activists, journalists, and diplomats in Dhaka and Bangkok to discuss how Russia’s war in Ukraine is impacting South and Southeast Asia.

The events also explored what governments in the region should do to ensure accountability.
