Dr. Maung Maung joined the Civil Disobedience Movement to protest Myanmar military junta. Now exile in Thailand, he continues his work, assisting those affected by the junta’s crimes and ensuring human rights for all.

Following Myanmar’s deadly earthquake, he and many other exiled doctors long to return to help with the emergency response, but fear arrest and torture by the junta military for their pro-democracy activities.
