(LONDON, December 12-15, 2025)—On December 15, 2025, the former National Unity Government of Myanmar Minister for International Co-operation Dr. Sasa shared updates on the human rights situation in Myanmar with the Co-Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Myanmar, former U.K. government minister Rushanara Ali MP, U.K. parliamentarian Baroness Hodgson, and the Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government-in-exile. The meetings provided an opportunity for Dr. Sasa to share information on Myanmar’s sham elections, continuing airstrikes, and the need for targeted sanctions.
