(June 27, 2025)—On June 27, 2025, the Burma Human Rights Network (BHRN) published the 36-page report, “Everywhere Women Are Being Restricted: Human Rights Violations Against Rohingya Women Human Rights Defenders in Bangladesh.” The report documents abuses against Rohingya women human rights defenders by state and non-state actors in Cox’s Bazar.
BHRN is a led by Myanmar human rights defender Kyaw Win. The organization focuses on minority rights and religious freedoms in Myanmar.
